Apply for Admission
Applying for admission is easy through our GradApp graduate admission application. If you encounter any issues applying on GradApp, please contact the Graduate College at gradadmissions@grad.arizona.edu or (520) 621-3471.
Submit All Official Transcripts
Once you have been approved but before you have registered for classes, you must submit official copies of transcripts from all previously attended colleges and universities to the Graduate College. Students whose names have changed should ensure their current name is included on all transcripts.
GradApp transcript requirements
The GradApp system requires all applicants to upload unofficial versions of transcripts from all institutions they have attended. This helps to speed the review process and allows members of review committees to view admissions documents from anywhere in the world. Note that all uploaded transcripts are considered unofficial and official versions will be required by the Graduate College.
Electronic Transcripts
E-Transcripts are considered official if sent directly from the institution or transcript service to either University of Arizona department personnel or the Graduate College transcripts inbox at transcripts@grad.arizona.edu.
